License terms – technical summary

This English technical summary accompanies the German license terms. The new commercial terms require legal review before release and do not retroactively change existing contracts.

Products and perpetual rights

One application, different entitlements: FX Free remains free with up to five income entries. FX Pro costs €14.90 once for all supported assessment years. Pro + Tax costs €29.90 per separately purchased and approved tax year, including FX Pro. Purchased tax years remain usable for editing and export. Additional years need separate purchases; a new purchase does not remove previous licenses.

Verified upgrades

The first Tax year costs €15.00 for eligible Pro customers or €10.00 for eligible former €19.90 Pro customers. The server verifies purchase history and eligibility. Additional Tax years cost the full applicable price. Refunded or disputed purchases are not automatically restored.

Delivery and recovery

Rights are issued only after verified payment. Download links expire; perpetual rights do not expire with the link. Recovery requires confirmation of the purchase mailbox. No subscription, automatic renewal or automatic price increase. Tax 2025 and 2026 remain unavailable pending approval.

Scope and review

No individual tax or legal advice, official recognition, certified tax results or direct ELSTER/WISO/CHECK24 interface is promised. Software compatibility, statutory rights, withdrawal, updates and liability remain subject to the detailed German terms and mandatory law. Legal approval of the new flow is pending.
